Fazela Haniff
Influence ● Impact ● Integrity
I am a gifted HR People and Culture leader who leads through a people development and inclusive lens. My 30-year career experience with people development projects in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America has given me a deep understanding of working effectively with different cultures, which has allowed me to identify unique talent. In me, you will find an ethical HR leader who can maneuver gracefully in any work environment, challenge the norm and find innovative solutions.
My passion for the internationalization of higher education and identifying solutions to remove institutional barriers stem from my experience heading up the Urban Alliance on Race relations in 1990. It afforded me the skills and insight to champion Inclusivity and Equity throughout my career when organizations were resistant to change.
